The timing does not seem professional. I went for a massage at the opening time of 10am but was told they were still closed and to come back at 10:30.

The first visit was the best! The second time... well. Keep the skilled therapists and let go of those who are not! I went home in more pain than when I arrived.

I asked for a 1.5-hour massage but when I checked the clock before and after the treatment, it only took about 50 minutes.

It was cool and the perfect space for a relaxing massage. The assigned therapist was attentive to details and gave a very relaxing massage.

Poor customer service. I was kept waiting for nearly an hour just to cancel a reservation.
