Worst experience ever. The staff assigned to me had no training at all. The massage and ventosa were terrible, the cups left no marks. This is a complete waste of time and money.
The massage is inconsistent. Sometimes it feels good, sometimes it is disappointing. The receptionist is inconsistent. Always frowning, as if irritated that customers are there.
It was a wonderful experience. The ambiance was pleasant and the therapist was skilled, applying just the right pressure to relieve muscle tension.
I have been to several Nuat Thai branches so I know what to expect. However, the SM City Sta Rosa branch was disappointing. The massage felt like just applying oil, and I had to ask for more pressure multiple times.
