Late review: The massage itself was wonderful, on par with other Banahaw Heals branches. The ambiance was not so great. The lobby area was not very attractive. The therapist took a phone call during the massage and gave instructions to other staff. The massage was really good but I recommend wearing earplugs or earbuds to block out conversations.
Feedback on customer experience - Banahaw Calamba branch: 1. Silence compliance - employees should be encouraged to speak in low voices during massage. 2. Bed sheets should be changed between customers. 3. Please provide face towels during facial massage. 4. Please provide warm towels to wipe off oil after massage.
The staff was kind and pleasant.
